Blackwater Asset Management is the leading asset management and enforcement guard office in Ireland specialising in the enforcement of court orders in regaining control of property, lands and assets.

The Blackwater Asset Management team come from a Military,Legal Profession, Police, Security and Accountancy backgrounds which give us the knowledge to best serve our clients best interest and to deliver a superior service to all our clients.

We believe that when you instruct Blackwater Asset Management you are entrusting us with your reputation and expect us to enforce to the best of our ability in a way that protects you or your client from risk.

Our team works seriously hard to deliver the results that our clients receive, but we recognise that at all times we are dealing with real people. In our execution of our duties we do not form opinions or make judgments in relation to the individuals that we encounter, and at all times, even under duress, we remain respectful.

We are acutely aware that by its nature, enforcement can be emotive and we have invested considerable effort in ensuring that we employ individuals with the necessary technical expertise complemented by the appropriate temperament.

Blackwater Asset Management delivers regular training in conflict management to ensure that our team is best placed to execute every instruction with the utmost care and attention.

We systematically review cases on a regular basis to ensure that we are delivering a service that will not compromise our morals or put at risk the integrity and reputation of our clients.

We believe that our approach to enforcement is in keeping with the ethos of our clients and is reflective of our professional and social responsibilities.

To perform all professional duties in accordance with the highest moral principles and never be guilty of conduct which will bring reproach upon the company or its clients.

To indemnify the client against them as a result of there acting upon information supplied by Black Water, which subsequently proves to be incorrect.

Quality & Environmental Policy

It is the Policy of Blackwater Asset Management to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in pursuit of its primary objectives.

It is the Policy of Blackwater Asset Management to:

  • give satisfaction to all of our customers and other stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible, meeting and exceeding their expectations;

  • comply with all compliance obligations, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our activities including the nature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities, products and services;

  • the reduction of hazards, prevention of injury, ill health, protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems and any other specific commitments which are relevant to the context of the organisation;

  • provide all the resources of equipment, trained and competent staff and any other requirements to enable these objectives to be met;

  • ensure that all employees are made aware of their individual obligations in respect of this Quality & Environmental Policy;

  • maintain a management system that will achieve these objectives and seek continual improvement in the effectiveness and performance of our management system based on “risk”.

    This Quality & Environmental Policy provides a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets.

    Customer service is an essential part of the quality & environmental process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and environment and its impact on customer service and of the products or service in which we provide.

    To ensure the Division maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality and environmental system is regularly reviewed by “Top Management” to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable to our business. The Quality and Environmental System is subject to both internal and external annual audits.

Blackwater Asset Management takes data protection very seriously, and are registered with the Data Protection Commissioners.
